Informative note
- Transfers of up to 3 people will be provided by luxury vehicles such as a Mercedes E-class vehicle. AT HOME CATERING
The objective of LANZALUX is to offer a gastronomic experience at home without having to cook, being able to contact private professional chefs and make reservations in a simple way.
The function of LANZALUX will be an intermediary exclusively without having the obligation to possess any type of license or insurance for food catering services or similar.
The Cooks registered on this website lend their knowledge and culinary skills by offering the Host different service alternatives, Chef at home, Food for
all portal users accept that LANZALUX is not part of any agreement between cooks and hosts, nor is it a company dedicated to the hotel trade. LANZALUX has no control over the cooks, hosts or any user of the page. LANZALUX does not have any kind of control over the food offered by the cooks nor through the manipulation of it before, during and after the service provided through the portal, and rejects any responsibility in this regard.
EL PORTAL, is a digital platform owned by LANZALUX, which allows you to contact Hosts with Cooks in a safe and reliable way; as well as serving as a collection and payment channel for the agreements made between the Users.
The reservations that could be made as a result of the use of THE PORTAL by users, will be held solely and exclusively between the Cook and the Host. In accordance with the foregoing, LANZALUX will not be under any circumstance, considered as a contracting party in the agreements entered into by its users among themselves, and therefore, assumes no obligation or liability that may derive from said contractual relationships, from any damage to the addresses where the service is provided, nor any extracontractual relationship or conflict that arises among its users. Therefore, for all legal purposes, LANZALUX is and always will be a third party outside of that contractual and / or extracontractual relationship, and as such, the effects of any legal act between its users will be unenforceable, not being liable for any damage occurred in the spaces or the users’ assets.
WHAT INCLUDES THE CHEFS SERVICE
What should be included in the menu price?
The price set by the chef for each menu should include:
- Complete and detailed description of the dishes, complete menus or products published by the cook
- Purchase of the raw material
- Transportation to the indicated place
- Preparation of the dishes at the host’s address (it is possible that some hosts wish that the dishes are previously enrolled or cooked in their entirety and are only served at the time indicated.This clarification will arrive to the cook together with the confirmation of the service and the contact details of the host)
- Service to the table
- Collection and cleaning of kitchen
- Additional people that require the service in case of being a large group of diners
If the host would like any additional service (household, drinks, extra waiter, …) will be billed separately and will be included in the billing of the service
WHAT INCLUDES THE SERVICE FOR THE HOSTS
What does the service include?
The price of the service provided includes:
- Design and description of dishes, complete menus, appetizers, desserts, cocktails and wines offered by each Chef
- Purchase of the raw material
- Preparation of the dishes at the host’s address (the host may wish that the dishes are previously enrolled or cooked in its entirety and only serve at the time indicated.This clarification will reach the Cook together with the confirmation of the service and the contact details of the host)
- Table service
- Kitchen collection and cleaning
- People Additional services required by the Chef to provide the service in case of a large group of guests.

CHEF’S INFORMATION
Once registered at THE WEBSITE LANZALUX will offer the menus designed by THE CHEF that you want to offer to your Hosts. LANZALUX has previously checked the following mandatory information:
- Identification number indicating your full name or company name

RESERVATION REQUEST BY THE HOST
The Host may send service requests to the Cooks as long as he accepts the understanding of this document (terms and conditions) and complete the following information requested by THE WEBSITE:

BASKET DELIVERY POLICY AND DOMESTIC FOOD PURCHASING

Prices

Product availability
The sale of any product and service is subject to availability. Food and drink
To maximize the content of the products, we recommend that food and beverages be consumed as soon as possible after shipment. We can not accept responsibility for products in poor condition if the items in the order are not stored in the correct way once delivered.
Allergens
